Please note that all shipping timeframes are calculated from the date your order is printed, packaged, and dispatched, not from the date of purchase. As these prints are printed on demand, there may be a short processing period before your order is ready to ship. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your print to arrive.

We take great care in ensuring every piece is prepared with the highest attention to quality, and we appreciate your patience as we complete this process. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor its journey to you.

Each print is individually packaged and shipped to ensure quality and protection. They cannot be combined in a single shipment.

Please note when ordering from outside of Australia, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (such as VAT), or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.

Please be aware that any customs or import-related fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These are determined by your local government and must be paid by you, the recipient, upon delivery. The seller has no control over these charges, does not collect them, and does not profit from them in any way.

While every effort is made to ensure a smooth delivery, any duties, taxes, customs requirements, or other associated costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure whether any duties or taxes will apply to your order.
